Job Description:
Spice 72 Indian Restaurant & Lounge Ltd. is currently looking for a Permanent, Full-Time Assistant Manager, Restaurant to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
Plan, organize, direct and control day to day operations of the restaurant.
Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Hire, train and instruct staff.
Monitor the performance of staff and prepare a work schedule.
Organize and maintain Inventory
Handle customer complaints.
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Research new suppliers and negotiate prices of food and other supplies.
Participate in marketing plans and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of college program related to hospitality will be an asset.
2 to 3 years of work experience required.
Salary: $27.00/hour
