Vacancy: Retail Sales Manager

Job Duties.

• Setting goals and developing strategies for achieving these goals.

• Managing a team of sales associates which includes hiring, training and motivating employees.

• Monitoring the sales team’s performance and providing coaching and guidance as needed.

• Maintaining a deep knowledge of the features and benefits of various car models and manufacturers.

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and handling complaints.

• Working with the finance department to develop car loans and payment plans.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies.

• Remain abreast of available inventory and update sales staff to optimize customer choice and inventory turn around.

• Complete sales paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal and company policies.

• Ensure all sales department staff display and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

• Measure and report sales metrics and monitor actuals- to-plan.
