Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish test plan and prepare testing cases for our system and products, including websites, App and servers
• Monitor the performance of computer operating systems and networks
• Perform scenario-based testing from the perspective of various client roles
• Conduct testing based on the detailed product design and technical difficulties
• Prioritize testing tasks based on goals and risks of projects and ensure testing milestones, activities and tasks are completed as scheduled
• Report the status of test planning, defects and execution activities, including regular status update to the project team using quality metrics
• Be responsible for troubleshooting system issues as and when they occur
• Create, organize and triage testing-related documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and risk
• Work with support and operation team to solve testing-related problems.
• Work as part of a dynamic team in an agile environment with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Systems Testing Technician to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and information system testing methodologies, tools, and processes, coupled with a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.
• University Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study (computer science, software engineering, computer programming or similar) with excellent results
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a systems tester or similar role, testing webs and applications
• Experience in all stages of application testing, including functional, usability, regression, load/stress and performance testing
• Experience with manual testing, quality assurance and testing
• Experience testing with databases (Python and SQL)
• Knowledge of Jira and Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of desktop and mobile operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Linux and iOS
• Familiar with security software, communication software, project management software, database software
• Strong knowledge of computer networking hardware, internet and servers
• Cryptocurrency exchange working experience and traditional finance working experience are extremely valuable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Attention to details, initiative and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• English language is required
