Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design product packaging, logos, branding materials, photography, videos, and other visual assets.
• Design various product labels, ensure the labels meet compliance requirements from authorities, especially to Canada, USA,China, and Asia Pacific.
• Draft, finalize, and execute design contracts with external business partners.
• Provide cost estimates and quotations on materials, formats, and project timelines.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions tailored to B2B customer requirements.
• Utilize multimedia tools and software, including AI design assistants, Adobe Suite, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms.
• Demonstrate familiarity production designs in major e-commerce platforms.
• Assist the website administrator with web design and content updates.
• Assist in staging in exhibition and events setups, majorly on graphic designs, cost estimates, liaison with local printing firms, coordinate on site, etc.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with external printing firms.
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by management and the marketing department.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of professional design experience in the food, health products, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and AI tools.
• Experience with social media tools for content distribution.
• Strong understanding of consumer preferences in both North American and Asia-Pacific markets.
• Strong understanding with labels compliance requirements of Canada, USA, and China.
