Job Description:
GHM Enterprises Inc. dba Creative Moments Childcare Centre located at 20178 – 72 Avenue, Langley, BC V2Y 1S5 is hiring an Early Childhood Educator Assistant for a full time and permanent position.
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Vacancies: 1 (One)
Experience: ECE Assistant Certificate or relevant Diploma is required or minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Job details
Salary: $22.50/hr for 30 to 40 hours / week
Specific Skills
Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers, Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children, Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts, Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors, Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings, Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
