Job Description:
Building Superintendent / Maintenance Operator
Eco Planet Cleaning & Building Maintenance is looking for an experienced a full-time, permanent (40 hr) Building Superintendent / Maintenance Operator!

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily patrols of all areas of the building for adjustment or minor repair of climate control systems (heating, ventilation, cooling), electrical systems and plumbing
• Manage tradeswoman/tradesman agenda for major repairs to be undertaken by 3rd parties or inhouse professionals assigned from headquarters
• Proactively respond to queries, requests and feedback of residents
• Assist with move-in and move-outs as required, monitor damage and unit status
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, if necessary use petty-cash or execute minor purchasing decisions
• Maintain and constantly update tenant records, dossiers files or any other relevant documentation
• Ensure safety and security measures are in place, prioritize environmentally friendly best practices as Eco Planet’s policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
And:
• 6 months of proven relevant work experience
• Completion of Secondary School, education in relevant field is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal & relationship skills, problem solving, supervising
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, shift work may be required; weekend, nights
• Constant standing and walking, lifting heavy objects may be required through shift

Compensation: $24 per/hr 2 weeks vacation , benefits avalable after probation
