JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Strategy Specialist at RLDunn&Associates, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives and facilitating the successful introduction of new products and services. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing strategies and leveraging technology to enhance our brand presence and product offerings.
Digital Marketing:
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and reach target audiences effectively.
● Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
● Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
New Product Introductions:
● Coordinate marketing efforts for new product introductions, working closely with product development teams to create integrated launch plans that generate excitement and drive adoption.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product positioning and messaging.
● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of new products to target audiences.
● Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts in driving product adoption and revenue growth.
● Monitor and analyze the performance of new product launches, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and oversee all marketing activities, including branding, customer relationship management, market outreach, and target market analysis.
● Ensure consistency and effectiveness of available marketing channels and touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand recognition.
● Utilize marketing tools and platforms, including various CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms, to manage data and drive informed decision-making.
● Work with with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of management to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration that support marketing objectives.
● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.


REQUIREMENTS:
● College Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
● Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to various CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike), and analytics platforms.
● Experience in managing and analyzing data using Google Cloud Services or similar cloud-based data management tools.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior data to inform strategic decision-making.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
● Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector.
● A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving innovative marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
