Job Description:
Operate on the electrical and programming components of PPNA machines, using computer assisted engineering software to perform electrical engineering tasks.
Design, implement, maintain and service electrical instruments, machinery equipment, components of systems for manufacturing use.
Prepare specifications of electrical systems to ensure installation and operation conform to codes, standards and customer requirements. Design and modify electrical CAD diagrams according to modifications of the machine.
Direct the manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing services to ensure compliance.
Monitor and inspect machine performance to troubleshoot electrical problems and in turn, make electrical design changes to implement.
Program changes to robot machines to run the equipment by integrating and synchronizing machine safety circuits and electrical panel with the current line.
Research suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales of various electrical components of the machine.
Attending industry trade shows.
Marketing and developing sales.
Serve as primary point of contact with client and management and facilitate weekly update meetings for senior personnel.
Prepare monthly project reports and present status to senior management.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
